Matthew Bhimbhai
Managing Director
Matthew commenced working in the security industry in 1994, specialising in events management. In 2002, he saw a need for a truly customer focused security company and established Infront Security Group. Since then, and as the company has grown, Matthew has become a key figure in the security industry displayed by his involvement as a member of the Working Party reviewing security industry legislation as well as a guest lecturer at the University of Queensland. He has also been providing consultancy services to a number of national & state events promoters, such as for the current Cold Chisel tour, the visit of the Dalai Lama and the Big Day Out concert series. Matthew continues to be involved in the day-to-day operations of his business, providing leadership and mentoring to the 450 staff in his employ
Dudley van Staveren
State Security Manager
Dudley joined Infront Security as the State Security Manager in 2010 and he is responsible for managing all contracts in the Static Guarding, Dog Teams (K9) and Mobile Patrols business units, following a number of years in operational management roles with OCS Security, SecureCorp and Wilson Security.
Dudley’s 17 years experience with a number of national providers has given him the necessary background and philosophy to enable him to assist Matthew in building the Infront business – a shared view of the importance of looking after your staff to get the best results for your clients.
Darryl Goodwin
Compliance Manager
Darryl has been a key member of the Infront management team since 2002, having held various operational and training roles culminating in his present role as Compliance Manager where he is responsible for all risk management, QA and OH&S compliance for the company.
Darryl commenced working in the security industry in 1988, and has worked for a number of security companies in both Sydney and Brisbane. Darryl holds a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Certificate IV in Investigative Services. He is currently undertaking a Diploma of Security Risk Management to support his current role
Tony Ropati
Operations Manager – Events/Crowd Control
Tony has been working in the security industry since 1997. He has worked with many of the major organisations, culminating in his current role of Operations Manager with Infront Security. Tony is responsible for almost 40 hotels/venues that we provide security staff to on a nightly basis. He is also responsible for many of the major events that we service on the annual festivals/events calendar. Tony’s many years of experience in the crowd control/events management arena is invaluable to Infront as we further develop and grow this service offering.
Farisai Ruzvidzo
Finance Director
Farisai has been the Finance Manager since 2010 and is responsible for the Finance and Administration Department. She is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and has attained tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting and International Business. Prior to joining the Infront team, Farisai worked as an Accountant with a number of organisations, giving her a sound base for managing the back-of-house functions of the Infront Security Group.
