Infront Security provides staff to support any event/venue whether it be 500 guests or 50,000! We provide services to almost 40 venues and well-known hotels across Brisbane, as well as provide officers for nearly every festival/celebration that occurs on the annual event calendar, ranging from SoundWave to Big Day Out to Riverfire (which we have been looking after since 2005). We have also provided staff to well-known artists/concerts across QLD, such as Powderfinger’s 2010 farewell tour and the current Cold Chisel tour.

Infront has a very thorough selection process with personnel being selected on the basis of their public relations skills. This ensures the public face of your venue/event is presented in a professional and positive manner. Coupled with extensive on-the-job training based on a philosophy of negotiation and verbal conflict resolution, our Officers stand apart from those in other organisations. To enhance the development of our new staff, they are expected to operate under a ‘buddy’ system whereby they are teamed with an experienced officer, and performance managed until Infront is reassured that they are capable and confident enough to work on their own.
