About Us
Infront Security Services was established in 2002 to provide a fresh alternative to the Brisbane security marketplace, with the aim of becoming a market leader throughout Queensland as a locally owned and operated security provider.
Since that time, Infront has expanded its service offerings to include Dog (K9)Teams and the full suite of manpower services from Guards – both static and armed – through to Mobile Patrols and Bodyguards. Infront is also able to offer security training via a strategic partnership with the National Security Training Academy.
Today, Infront draws from a pool of over 450 security officers with varying expertise to service a substantial and varied client base across all of our offerings.
Infront’s success has been based on a careful assessment of potential clients. We do not want to be all things to all people, but rather all things to some. We only consider those contracts that we know we can service to the highest level, monitored by a strong management team, and supported by a robust back-of-house administrative unit.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Infront Security is constantly looking at ways where we can further develop our company culture by instilling a sense of purpose and community as well as social responsibility. As noted earlier our staff are a priority, and we are conscious of the need for work/family/life balance. We have instigated many family friendly policies and procedures to create more equitable balance for our staff, including such things as part-time work, working from home for administrative staff, and collaborative practices when developing rosters, just to name a few. We also ensure regular communication with our staff which can be difficult at times due to the “unusual” hours they work. This web-site is a key component of our communications strategy, providing a central link for all our staff via a staff log-on.
Infront has also been reviewing what we can do to assist the community at large. Given that our Dog Teams form a significant component of our business, we thought it appropriate to instigate a corporate partnership with the QLD RSPCA. This will provide us with the opportunity to support a cause that cares for animals as well as providing us with the potential to re-house, and possibly train, those animals that have been abandoned. We envisage a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the RSPCA.
